Refund Cancellation Policy

This web portal accepts payment only once against an unpaid 'demand notice' up to the fullest extent of the defined payable amount. So refund policy does not apply for payments made and once received successfully in this web portal. The amount received in this web portal will be credited to the beneficiary subsequently within a stipulated time frame. If your account is being debited more than once for same transaction and you want to cancel or refund the additional transaction(s) except the first/relevant/appropriate transaction, you may contact with your bank/card issuer/service provider.

This web portal, wbidc.devserv.in is owned and operated by the West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation (hereinafter �WBIDC�). The usage of "us", "we" and "our" in the website refers to WBIDC. This web portal offers its information, tools and services to the users on condition that all its terms and conditions as stated here are accepted. It will be understood that any person visiting this web portal, using its tools and services and making transactions on this has read the terms and conditions mentioned herewith and accepts them. They are bound by its terms and conditions and policies. These terms and conditions apply to all users of this web portal, including without limitation its users who are asset/property owners, landlords, licensors, lessors, licensees, lease holders, tenants, merchants etc.

Please read and understand the terms given hereunder before accessing or using the website and its services.

All new services, content or tools that may be added to the web portal in due course will also be subject to the terms and conditions mentioned in this web portal andWBIDC reserves the right to make modifications to the terms and conditions as it may deem necessary. It is the responsibility of the user to check this periodically.

It is also understood and accepted that all the users of this web portal are above the age of 18 and are legally eligible to consent to this web portal. Users of this web portal may not violate any laws locally, nationally or internationally.

The user may not use this web portal for any transaction that is illegal, unauthorized or violates any laws including but not limited to copyright laws. The web portal may not be used for any transaction pertaining to payments towards pornography, gambling, piracy or any other antisocial activities. WBIDC reserves the right to refuse service to any persons at any time.

The users understand that information shared on this web portal may be shared unencrypted over various networks and may undergo changes to adapt to technical requirements of different networks and devices. This web portal does not collect or ask for any confidential financial information like Debit/Credit Card Information, Online Banking Credentials etc. All the financial transactions take place at the platform of the Internet Payment Gateway provided by the HDFC Bank Limited.

WBIDC shall not be held responsible if there are delays that occur on account of incorrect or incomplete information being provided in the web portal. The user agrees to provide current, complete and accurate transaction information on the web portal. The user also agrees to make prompt updates on account and other information that enables successful completion of transactions as needed.

This web portalwill be strictly used for payment of lease rents, license fees, rentals, security deposit and other related charges through the integrated IPG in Indian Rupees only from Indian soil/territory.

Users may not indulge in circular transactions or self-transactions that involve transferring money to their own accounts.

WBIDC reserves the right to hold back any payment which it feels as suspicious or invalid unless it is completely validated. A license fee/lease rent/rent/security deposit payment /other charges is considered valid if there exists a rental agreement between the licensee/leaseholder/tenant and the licensor/lessor/landlord and accordingly relevant Demand Notice(s) has been issued with the amount equivalent to what is being transferred on this web portal.

WBIDC reserves the right to report such transactions to the concerned regulatory authorities of banking partners, as it deems in case of fraudulent activity detected. It reserves the right to suspend your user account and related payment modes in case of non-conformance to any of the above terms.
